Responsibilities:
- Gather training requirements from leaders, employees and create a training plan
- Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training to employees
- Assist in planning, creating content and implementing training
- Tracking the trainings and certifications (includes sending training invites, tracking attendance and other required communication)
- Training budget management and tracking
- Maintain central dashboards and reports, to ensure the organization's efforts are captured in one place
- Ability to source external vendors, do price negotiations, set up evaluation calls, manage invoicing etc
- Develop training policies, SOPs and other required material for training
Qualifications and skills:
- MBA degree, 46 years of experience in training coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Deep understanding of the L&D process and cycle
- Effective stakeholder management
- Proficient with MS Excel and power point
- Experience in creating reports, manage dashboards
- Proactive, to be able to follow up and adhere to SLAs
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Presentation skills
- Team player
