Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients based in the United States, promoting our IT services and generating leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their business needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our IT services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our services in the market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify crossselling and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and provide insights and feedback on market trends.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling IT services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a preference for a US accent.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High level of selfmotivation and drive to succeed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a night shift schedule to align with the EST time zone.
