MinimumRequirements:

Bachelor s Degreeor equivalent having 8 years IT experience with minimum 4 years ofexperience in projectmanagement.
Solid understandingof and experience in using appropriatetools:
Microsoft Project Visioand all Office Tools
Strongplanning and organizational skills with an ability to managecompeting demands.
Strongleadership skills.
Provenability to lead software implementation projects and ensureobjectives goals and commitments aremet.
Excellent communicationfacilitation and presentation skills and experience interactingwith both business and IT individuals at all levels including theexecutivelevel.

PreferredQualifications

Solidunderstanding of software development and implementation life cyclemodels as well as expert knowledge of project management principlesand practices and the ability to blend it in the right proportionsto fit a project and businessenvironment.
5 years ofexperience as a Project Manager managing large complex projects ina hightech development environment with multifunctionteams.
Sufficient level oftechnical background to provide highly credible leadership toproject teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluatecomplex project risks andissues.

Should be able to managecustomer expectations for project deliverables managing stakeholdercommunications and helping to implement an effective system ofproject governance
ProcessManagement and Improvement Define and manage a welldefined projectmanagement process and champion ongoing process improvementinitiatives to implement project management bestpractices.
Team ManagementSupport the Team in managing customer expectations for projectdeliverables managing stakeholder communications and helping toimplement an effective system of projectgovernance.
