    Description

    Job Description Responsibilities :

    • Lead the endtoend project management lifecycle for software implementation projects for the company
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports.
    • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing and validation to ensure that software solutions meet industry standards and client expectations.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project team:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Proven experience (5 years) as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on software implementation projects within the Financial Services industry.
    • Strong understanding of financial systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and negotiate project priorities.
    • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive results in a fastpaced environment.
    • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
    • Knowledge of industryspecific technologies and platforms (e.g., banking systems, trading platforms) is preferred.
