    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong architectural background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and a solid understanding of foreign dialects. Proficiency in Revit is required, and knowledge of Archicad, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is an advantage. The role requires managing client communications, daily team sync-ups, and other administrative tasks. The candidate should be open to working six days a week and adaptable to varying timeframes based on client needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the daily administrative operations to ensure efficient office management and compliance with company policies.
    • Manage personnel functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance evaluations.
    • Handle client communication, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries, updates, and feedback.
    • Conduct daily sync-ups with internal teams to ensure project milestones and client expectations are being met.
    • Coordinate with architectural teams on document management and workflow using Revit; knowledge of Archicad, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is beneficial.
    • Implement and maintain effective communication channels within the office and with clients.
    • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Support project teams with administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and clients' needs are addressed.
    • Adapt to a flexible work schedule and varying client timeframes to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in administrative and personnel management, ideally in an architectural.
    • Proficiency in Revit is a must; knowledge of Archicad, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
    • Good understanding of foreign dialects is advantageous.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage diverse groups of people.
    • Willingness to work six days a week and adjust to client-specific timelines.
    • Must have excellent communication skills.

    Our facility works for drafting and allied outsourcing assignments for architectural practices in Australia and Canada.

    There will be a probation period of 3 months.

    The qualifier will secure a permanent job afterwards.
