Roles & Responsibilities
- Quotations, Booking, shipment planning & liaising & update of shipments
- Coordinating with overseas agents, local carriers, Vendors
- CFS / CHA, Shipping Line
- Issue D/O to customer & followup for container pickup
- Followup for BL draft with customer & Shipping line
- Followup for container stuffing, custom clearance, & container Gatein
- Followup for SOB, liner invoice & payment from customer
- Maintaining & updating MIS reports for Customers & Management
Educational Qualifications & Work Experience
- Work Experience: Min 57 years
- Minimum Graduate
IT & Language Proficiency
- MS Office (Excel \ Word )
- Language Proficiency
- English, Marathi and Hindi
Skills
Prioritization and organizing Problem-solving Adaptability Team Player
