Machine Maintenance:


  • Conduct routine maintenance on production machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Quality Control:


  • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that machines produce copper pipes meeting specified quality standards.
  • Participate in inspections and testing of machinery to identify and address any deviations from quality requirements.

Process Optimization:


  • Work closely with the production team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Recommend modifications to machinery or processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Safety Compliance:


  • Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
  • Participate in safety training programs and promote a safetyconscious culture within the production team.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments.
  • Provide regular reports on equipment performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:


  • ITI
