Greetings for the dayHiring for Team Lead position for Banking Voice Process
Desired Profile:
- Should have experience in banking or banking related voice process.
- Languages required : Hindi & English
- Should have minimum 1 year experience as a team lead or senior positions in his previous experience.
- Should have inhand experience in KRA, KPI, attrition & Shrinkage calculations.
- Shift timings : Rotational shift / 5 days of working.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary:
Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
