Responsibilities:

Define, implement, and improve Test Strategies, Architecture, and Framework for Functional, Regression, Performance, and API Automated testing
Collaborate with automation development and testing teams to ensure optimum test automation coverage
Explore new opportunities, conduct requirement gathering and provide solution proposals
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the different test automation practices utilized within the organization and establish industrystandard protocols by leveraging best practices.
Collaborate on incorporating test automation seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines
Recognize and resolve critical factors that impact productivity during the execution of existing automation scripts.
Consistently enhance our test automation framework and procedures by incorporating industry trends and advancements.
Coordinate for setting up / optimization of the automated testing infrastructure
Define and report metrics to measure the effectiveness of the test automation framework
Train and mentor team members on the practical use of test automation tools and techniques
Provides presentations, meeting minutes, and other documents used to communicate with the Projects and their stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

At least 15+ years of overall IT Experience, out of which 6+ years should be on automation testing
Proficient in test automation tools such as UFT/QTP, Selenium, or similar
Experience with programming languages such as VBScript, Java, or Python
Preferred Experience with API testing technologies such as REST Assured, Postman and SoapUI
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
Preferred experience with Oracle EBS testing with connected systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
