    Description

    Project Manager at Integra Software Services , you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to web application development with a focus on integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in both technology and project management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field. The candidate should have a proven track record of successful project delivery, particularly in Agile environments.

    Job Title : Agile Project Manager

    Location : Chennai / Pondicherry

    Job Type : Full-time / Hybrid / WFO

    Responsibilities :

    • Spearhead comprehensive project planning, execution, and delivery processes from inception to completion.
    • Define meticulous project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with overarching business goals, collaborating closely with stakeholders.
    • Cultivate, nurture, and lead a high-performance project team, fostering a collaborative and positive team dynamic.
    • Experience in web application development, Product development in .NET, JAVA, MERN / MEAN stack and cloud solutions like AWS, Azure would be preferred, and any experience in artificial intelligence or Machine learning concepts and technologies would be a plus.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to discern their specific requirements, ensuring the seamless delivery of successful projects.
    • Articulate project progress, challenges, and resolutions to clients in a clear and effective manner.
    • Proactively identify and address potential project risks and challenges, applying mitigation strategies as needed.
    • Enforce timely project delivery within defined scope, adhering to established timelines and milestones.
    • Drive Agile practices and ceremonies, ensuring unwavering adherence to Agile principles throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Institute and refine Agile processes, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement within the project framework.
    • Implement and supervise quality assurance processes to uphold the delivery of high-Caliber software solutions.
    Qualifications :
    • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
    • Possess a minimum of 10 years of distinguished experience in project management.
    • Demonstrate a track record of success in web application development.
    • Exhibit a profound understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.
    • Bring prior experience in operating within an Agile development environment.
    • Showcase exceptional leadership and communication skills.
    • Display robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excel in client-facing and internal communication, ensuring effective interaction at all levels.
    • Command proficiency in utilizing project management tools and methodologies.
    • Demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities and adeptly manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Hold a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
