Here is a brief job description of the internship:

Role

Klub is seeking a Graphic Design intern who will be primarily responsible for creating high-quality designs for a portfolio of cross-category digital brands.

Responsibilities:

Deliver highquality, onbrand graphics to support a superior customer experience
Independently perform creative tasks that are cohesive, intuitive, and customercentric while following the brand style guides
Ensure visual design excellence while executing layouts, typography, iconography, color theory, and compositions to design with artistry & creativity
Strengthen brand assets in alignment with brand guidelines to develop compelling designs, stories, concepts, and prototypes
Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels and ecommerce assets
Iterate/refine existing brand design guidelines in accordance with the brand personality and ecommerce channel guidelines
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape, and market trends
Well organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined designs within target timelines

Required Qualifications:

Experience in graphic design and illustrations, with basic knowledge of UI/UX and editing video assets
Exposure to tools like; Figma, Adobe Xd, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Adobe After Effects, etc.
Must have design aesthetics, strong written communication, high attention to detail, conceptual thinking, and typography skills
Strong portfolio showcasing your previous works
Ability to take ownership of design projects
Strong alignment to Klub's cultural values

Preferred Qualifications:

A keen interest in ecommerce
Highly motivated selfstarter who loves to be challenged and constantly learn
Alignment to work handson in an analytical, datadriven, resultsoriented environment
Ability to work in a highenergy, fast paced, ambiguous environment, with comfort figuring it out and adapting as you go
