Responsibilities:


  • Researching industry best practices
  • Preparing well structured templates for training and development which includes requirement gathering templates, evaluation templates, feedback templates and dashboard templates
  • Drafting communication templates for each stage of training lifecycle
  • Drafting other marketing material for promoting and inculcating learning culture in the organization
  • Working on developing an interactive monthly training calendar
  • Develop training policies, SOPs and handbooks
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to get review and necessary approvals
  • Work on the current LMS and other learning avenues to identify gaps and address the same

Qualifications and skills:

  • MBA degree, 57 years of experience content creation
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the L&D process and cycle
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Proficient with MS Excel and power point
  • Proficient with all the content creation tools
  • Proactive, to be able to follow up and adhere to SLAs
  • Presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Open and collaborative working style
