    Senior Client Acquisition Specialist(Adtech)professional for our emerging office in India with anopportunity to become a TeamLead

    As a Senior ClientAcquisition youll be entrusted with fostering client relationshipsoverseeing the acquisition process and ensuring the seamlesspromotion and sales of our diverse product portfolio. Yourstrategic vision will be pivotal in identifying and capitalizing onnew business opportunities driving growth for both theteam.

    What will youdo

    • develops and prioritizes sellstrategies in region/country based on the supply needs GEO newproducts features;
    • monitors the development ofrelationships with strategic clients in region/country (based onrevenue growth);
    • proactively reacts to marketchanges and adopts business strategy and operational objectivesaccordingly;
    • gives input for the businessdevelopment priorities based on business operation experience withcurrent clients in theregion/country;
    • maintains quality and quantityof clients launching within a specificregion;
    • performs analysis of new products andsolutions/ideas from competitors; facilitates idea generation ofnew ad type and formats/features that can be interesting to thelocal digital advertising market;
    • reviewschecks and approves necessary documents: financial and businessproposals commercial offer letters exclusive/nonexclusiveagreement;
    • involves a team in the companysmarketing activities as needed (invite to take part in the webinaras a speaker/participant invite to a meetupetc.);
    • builds strong relationships and networkswith key stakeholders leaders and decision makers at advertisingagencies major advertisers; industry associations and differenttypes of adTech related entities affiliate networks as well asdirect contacts of both advertising and publishers parts of thebusiness.

    RequirementsWhoYou Are

    • 3 years of customeracquisition digital marketing experience in advertising agencies/ecommerce / direct response environment;
    • 1years of team management experience (will be aplus);
    • Deep knowledge of digital assets (adformats ad campaigns native advertising solutions)Programmatic;
    • Understanding of the principlesof ad campaign optimization;
    • Understandingmarketing analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics S2Strackers);
    • Comprehension of global advertisingplatforms (Facebook Ads Google Adsetc.);
    • Exceptional written and verbalcommunication planning and project management skills withindividuals at both peer and managementlevels;
    • Proven analytical skills including astrong understanding of online marketingmetrics;
    • Ability to thrive in a fast pacedentrepreneurial highenergy environment that requires the ability tomultitask and implement high priorityinitiatives.
