Reservations Executive - Goa, India - The Baywatch Resort, Goa
Description
Responsibilities include:
- Take reservations for rooms, tables, or other services
- Provide information about the hotel's amenities and policies
- Handle cancellations and changes to reservations
- Ensure that all reservations are accurate and uptodate
- Liaises with other departments to ensure that guest requests are met
- Upsell rooms and other hotel services
- Promote the hotel's social media channels
- Comply with all hotel policies and procedures
