Job Title:
Administration Executive
Responsibilities:

Office Management:
- Oversee daytoday office operations.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between different departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Organize and file important documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Travel and Accommodation:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
- Arrange accommodations and transportation for business trips.
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and organize meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences and events.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain personnel records.
Facilities Management:
- Ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Supervise office maintenance activities.
Budgeting and Expense Management:
- Assist in budget preparation.
- Monitor and control office expenses.
- Process invoices and expense claims.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with basic HR functions is a plus.

Salary:
