- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Maintaining timely attendance summaries for all Branches.
- Maintained all Store Parts requirements and coordinated with vendors and storekeeper.
- Maintain and track all consumption/purchases on ZOHO INVENTORY.
- Maintained and constructed weekly KPI sheets for all departments.
- Maintain a track/decorum of Office/Depot attendance.
- Follow up with different in-house teams for timely email replies.
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving the organisation's administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring the Office/Depot is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Ensuring All Depot Branches maintain Diesel Consumption Journal.
- Close Coordination with the Depot Stores and maintain material stock report.
- Closely Monitoring Equipment/Machinery Maintenance and Repair report.
- Coworking with the IT team to monitor all in-house hardware/software progress and developments.
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organising, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of software. eg ZOHO INVENTORY.
- Experience in a related field, such as Administrative, management or financial reporting, is preferred.
- Leadership, time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office. Project management.
- Administrative writing and reporting skills.
