    Key Responsibilities

    • Expansion of payment options significantly across different lines of business
    • Maintain high standings in league tables (compared to other foreign banks in India) for key services like UPI, IMPS, and E-Nach
    • Lead project management for the product development pipeline, including requirement collection, prioritization, funding acquisition, launch, and post-implementation strategies
    • Predict and define requirements for crucial industry sectors (such as New Economy, Core Economy, Financial Institutions, EXIM, etc.) and develop solid business justifications to integrate them into the product development pipeline
    • Oversee risk and product governance tasks to ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal audit standards
    • Manage pricing and channels effectively
    • Coordinate product delivery aligned with GPS Key Performance Indicators (such as NFI, NII, and Volume growth)

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in Product Management within Cash Management, Wholesale Banking, or Payments Product functions
    • Strong Project Management skills with a track record of executing complex projects in a multi-functional environment
    • Knowledge of relevant payment regulations and guidelines applicable in India
    • Experience in Merchant Acquisition solutions for corporate clients is a plus
    • MBA from a reputable institution is advantageous
    • Minimum Graduation level or equivalent qualification as per the role requirements

    Additional Details

    • Completion of Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training along with post-course evaluation is mandatory
