About the team

The role will be a combination of team lead activities, day to day support and project work, with a strong focus on Business As Usual (BAU) activities. This will involve liaison at all levels within Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) and various Business Communities.

What you will be doing:

Install and maintain up- to-date Operational System software, patch levels, firmware, drivers and related program products
Proficient in infrastructure architecture of large-scale, automated environments
Responsible for participating in the architecture design of the solution then executing the strategy set by architecture.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement through innovation and change.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis while working in a diverse technology environment

What you bring

Relevant experience of 2+ years
Monitor software applications, systems and hardware in a computer processing environment.
identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner to meet service levels and standards for the job.
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization.
Decision making ability within specified parameters as well as independent and collaborative decision-making skills.
Skilled at identifying and implementing process improvements.
Ability to effectively establish and maintain relationships across the organization.
Demonstrate Excellent communication skills.
Strong written communication skills
Solid business acumen and an awareness of business implications of decisions

Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
