Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and support Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler environments
  • Provide technical support for Citrix infrastructure issues
  • Monitor and manage Citrix infrastructure performance, capacity and security
  • Assist with Citrix user access and security management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix related issues
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Citrix with other technologies
  • Develop and maintain Citrix documentation and procedures
  • Participate in Citrix upgrade and migration projects

Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of experience in Citrix administration
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
