**- Responsible for end to end IT recruitment.
- Should be wellversed in IT requirements.
- Ability to communicate and persuade others to support a cause.
- Make a cold call to passive applicants and set up an appointment.
- Sourcing and Screening of CV's through various Sources, job portals, social networks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and understand the client's requirement.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Good communication skills, selfmotivated, organized, presentable & soft spoken.
- Powerful skills of persuasion and negotiation
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Proficiency in MS office
