Reports to:
Sr. Manager Sales Exports


JOB Purpose:

To support in sales operation activities and screening of import and export products information.


Responsibilities:


Primary

  • Checking Exports data on weekly basis for every customer after checking with concern Manager
  • Preparing TDS and MSDS received from supplier (i.e converting the pdf file to MSword and viceversa and putting it in ABC Letterhead) to send to the Sales Manager.
  • Preparing the Cost sheet and giving to Sales Manager for further action.
  • Preparing report as required by Sales Manager.
  • Making PO checklist after coordination with Sales Manager and sending to Logistics for order processing.
  • Handling the entire process in the Direct shipment right from coordination with supplier and Sales Manager
  • Enquiries and quotation entries to be monitored and reported to Sales Manager.
  • Preparing and updating the quotation register customer wise monthly and sending for checking

Required Skills/Abilities:


  • Should have good oral and written communication skills and must be computer and internet savvy.
  • Must be an intelligent, Peopleoriented selfmotivated and result oriented individual with a persuasive and positive outlook.
  • Must be strong in analytics and preparing customized reports using advanced Excel.
  • Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.

i) Education
  • Science / commerce / Arts graduates

ii) Experience - Minimum 1-year hands on Experience, in a sales support role.


Languages - Marathi / Hindi & written communication fluency in English.


Relevant Industry Experience - Food or Chemical Product Manufacturing / trading Exporting company in Chemicals, food industry.


Age Bracket - Between 23-26 Range

Preferably from Mumbai and /or at least living in western suburbs of Mumbai.


(Andheri, Bandra, Borivali, Goregaon, Someshwari, Juhu, Kandivali, Khar, Malad, Santa Cruz & Vile Parle). Should be able to reach office in -35 Min.


Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
