Responsibilities:


  • Plan, develop and deliver engaging English language lessons to a diverse range of students
  • Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, ensuring students feel comfortable and motivated to participate in activities
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and guidance to enable them to achieve learning objectives
  • Develop and implement creative teaching strategies and materials consistently to support learners' different learning styles
  • Maintain accurate records or attendance, grading and other administrative tasks
  • Participate in professional development activities, collaborating with colleagues to continually improve teaching practice
  • Build and maintain effective communication channels with students, colleagues and parents

Requirements:


  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree (preferably in Education, English or related field)
  • TEFL certification or equivalent teaching certification required
  • At least 2 years of English language teaching experience
  • Solid knowledge of English language and grammar principles
  • Demonstrated ability to use modern teaching methodologies and techniques
  • Ability to identify and respond to varying learning styles and needs of students
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong computer and technology skills to facilitate online learning technologies.
