  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate departments.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customeroriented with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
