Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer support through voice chat, handling customer inquiries and complaints with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy
  • Handle high volumes of customer inquiries and resolve problems expeditiously
  • Build rapport with customers, maintaining a customer database, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Develop procedures and processes to improve customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with various teams including tech, product, and quality teams to resolve customer issues while monitoring ongoing communication
  • Attend regular meetings to discuss the progress and report customer feedback
  • Escalate any unresolved issues and maintain a smooth and productive working environment for all team members

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in any related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage in live chats and effectively work together with other team members
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet set targets
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer care or client relations
  • Must be proficient in using live chat software like LiveChat or Intercom
  • Must have a high level of emotional intelligence to anticipate and meet customer needs without supervision
