    Description

    Manage financial planning and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities and contribute to the achievement of the organization's short and long-term financial goals.

    Manage the most complex, large, or difficult analysis projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports and make recommendations to senior management about the financial implications of proposed investments and transactions.

    Contribute to the development of financial strategies for a division or operating unit that align with the organization's overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives.

    Establish and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with the external financial community.

    Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of financial professionals to ensure financial planning and analysis projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.


    You'll Need:

    • 12+ Years' experience in export oriented IT services/ business services companies.
    • Qualified CA / CMA or MBA Finance.
    • As the Corp FP&A Leader, you will be One Point of Contact for the Business Units (BU) as the Trusted Business Partner with an objective to improve the profitability.
    • Collaborate with the BU team and prepare budgets annually and projections every month/quarter.
    • Work with the BU head on the variances to budgets / forecast and reasons for the same.
    • Work with the business teams to have better understanding about the business which may require some travel.
    • Ensure control on Unbilled revenue.
    • Work with the BU on Pricing for submitting a quote to customers.
    • Analysis of MIS, Financial and operations metrics implications during contract negotiations.
    • Work with the sales teams on customer contract renewals or new pricing negotiations.
    • Coordinate with Corporate Finance for consolidation.
    • Should have rich handson experience in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SAP and BPC environments.
