    Description

    Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis

    Location: Hyderabad

    Experience: 7-10 years

    Mode: Work from office

    Immediate to 1 month joiners will only be preferred

    Key Responsibilities:

    Implement Reporting Systems:

    • Lead the design, and implementation of an automated financial reporting system.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with reporting objectives.

    Financial Reporting:

    • Generate and distribute accurate and timely financial reports to support business decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc financial reports, dashboards, and analysis for various stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in all financial reporting activities.

    Data Analysis:

    • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
    • Identify and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and inform strategic decision-making.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other Finance team members, and relevant stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy.
    • Collaborate with business units to understand their reporting needs and implement solutions accordingly.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize the reporting function.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in reporting and analytics.
