    Specjalista ds. Rekrutacji Masowych

    Lokalizacja: Warszawa i Gdańsk

    Twoje zadania:

    Odpowiedzialność za cały proces rekrutacji – w tym przeprowadzanie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych

    Tworzenie ofert pracy oraz prowadzenie baz danych

    Kontakt z kandydatami (osoby aplikujące przez ogłoszenia i wewnętrzny system poleceń)

    Koordynacja współpracy z firmami zewnętrznymi

    Onboarding kandydatów

    Przywitanie pracowników pierwszego dnia pracy (w przypadku szkolenia w biurze)

    Monitorowanie terminów badań lekarskich i wystawianie skierowań

    Proaktywne wyszukiwanie kandydatów – wszelkie nowe pomysły lub usprawnienia są zawsze mile widziane – nie chcemy działać "bo tak zawsze się coś robiło"

    Ta praca jest dla Ciebie, jeśli:

    Znasz biegle (poziom C1) język polski i język angielski

    Chcesz pracować w biurze w Warszawie lub Gdańsku (wymagana praca stacjonarna w okresie próbnym, następnie możliwa praca w trybie hybrydowym)

    Masz łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktu i utrzymywaniu relacji

    Dokładność jest jedną z Twoich cech charakteru.
