The Sales Executive of Samagra Progressive Learning Pvt ltd will be interacting with our Elite clients and handling all their communication and documentation tasks.

He/she will be accountable and responsible for the client relationship building and coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making outbound and inbound calls and regular followup with our members.
  • Build a strong relationship/trust with clients by understanding the customer requirements and undertaking the coordination activities.
  • Organising and moderating the weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Documenting and Maintaining all meeting reports.
  • Understand the Customer requirements, and encourage them to upgrade/renew the membership packages.
  • Address all the issues/grievances of the members and provide the right customer experience.
  • Capture the insights from the interactions and share them with the team and management.
  • Strictly adhere to the process requirements
  • Build trust and strong relationships within the team and clients

Education And Experience

  • Graduate in any stream / Graduate with arrears can also apply
  • Minimum of 2 years to 5 years experience in Customer Service/ Relationship Managerment / Engagement process
  • Freshers who have the hunger to grow in life will also be considered. The attitude of learning is going to be a vital component

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary
  • Fixed: Rs 13000 to 18000 per month + Variable Incentive on closures
