Reporting:
Reporting to Escalation Desk Team Leader


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling escalation calls for Inbound Banking customer's in a timely & efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer Query, Request or complaints with efficient product/process knowledge, presentation & communication skills.
  • To ensure personalized service& necessary information is offered to the customer.

Crossell: Provide information related to products, new offers and services at Indusind bank.

  • Maintain and adhere to Compliance guidelines and adherence
  • Capture problem indicators, highlight and suggest improvements
  • Adherence to the monthly performance parameters
  • Should be a team player and flexible with work.
  • Ownership qualities to be displayed.

Skills and Specifications

  • Excellent communicator
- excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. (Hindi speaking an added advantage)

  • Ability to analyze the things by exceptional listening and analytical skills.
  • Needs to have required intermediate knowledge/expertise with PC hardware and software (Word, Excel).
  • Should have the multitasking abilities and should be well versed in intermediate to advanced knowledge levels with service quality standards.
  • Should necessarily have strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques and the related sector as well.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, Selfmotivated and should be dedicated to provide exceptional service to the bank.
  • Good negotiation skills with customeroriented attitude.

Salary:
₹400, ₹450,000.00 per year
