Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about the product or service being offered.
  • Follow a script while making calls and ensure that all the required information is provided to the customer.
  • Maintain a professional and polite tone while speaking to customers and answer any questions they may have about the product or service.
  • Keep accurate records of all calls made and maintain a database of potential customers.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in the product or service.
  • Provide feedback to the management team about the effectiveness of the sales script and any customer concerns or suggestions.
  • Ensure that all calls are made in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Job Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills, including using a CRM system and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to speak multiple languages to communicate with customers from different regions.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and be a team player.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and adapt to changes.

Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
  • Training in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is an added advantage.

₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
