TBot Systems, a leading IT recruitment agency, is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Inside Sales Representative specializing in IT recruitment to join our team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping clients find top IT talent for their organizations.

You will be responsible for generating leads, identifying client needs, and presenting our recruitment solutions to prospective clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify potential clients within the IT industry
  • Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and present our services
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview and selection process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the IT recruitment space
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of TBot Systems

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and best practices
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully convert leads into clients
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
