TBot Systems, a leading IT recruitment agency, is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Inside Sales Representative specializing in IT recruitment to join our team.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping clients find top IT talent for their organizations.
You will be responsible for generating leads, identifying client needs, and presenting our recruitment solutions to prospective clients.Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients within the IT industry
- Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and present our services
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the interview and selection process
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the IT recruitment space
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of TBot Systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and best practices
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to successfully convert leads into clients
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
