CCTV Technician


Qualification :
Diploma

Experience: 2-4yrs

Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and security systems.

  • Work with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate CCTV and security solutions.
  • Test and adjust cameras to ensure they are functioning properly and providing the desired level of security.
  • Maintain and repair CCTV systems as needed.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot network and video issues related to CCTV systems.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and IT staff to ensure the integration of CCTV systems with other security and networking systems.
  • Keep up to date with new technologies and industry developments related to CCTV and security systems.
  • Provide technical support to customers and answer questions related to CCTV systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
  • Conduct training for clients and endusers on how to operate and maintain the CCTV systems.
