- Visible face at Govt. institutes where our bank has payment or collection mandates / integrations (like GST, CBDT, CBIC, PFMS, EPFO, Customs, Pension to name few)
- Thourough knowledge and overall understanding of collection / payment functions.
- Skill to sense issue and swift communication to surface it for appropriate fixing in quick time.
- Selfdriven with mínimal guidance requirement, knowledge for preparing presentation and communicating with peer group and Govt. officials.
