Designation:
Business Development Manager

  • Experience: 3 To 5 Yrs.
Should be from any IT Industry, Any management consultancy firm or any Design firm specializing in UI/UX.

Age criteria - 25 to 30 yrs max


Job Description:


  • Researching organizations to find new business opportunities.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and building business relationships.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Requirements and Skill Sets:

  • Strong Hunter profile with proven skills in Business Development/ Consultative Sales Role
  • Prior experience in B2B Sales in service & consulting domains
  • Excellent verbal and written English presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with an approachable communication style
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and consistently meet internal and external deadlines
  • Have worked in a Management Consulting company/IT Company/in Software Sales
  • Exposure to the UI/ UX Designing industry will be an added advantage
  • Min 4 years of exp in relevant skill set.
  • Selling to intl market is a huge plus

Salary:
₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
