    Our company is pivoting towards an integrator model and focuses on the enhancement of the digital experience to final users. We bring them autonomy, 360° view of all their product and services to foster usage and loyalty.

    To scale on digital assets we need to leverage a new model through our brand-new location strategy that seek a large partnership with a major in India.

    The digital transformation of Orange Business imposes to make our IT composable and to mutualize its building blocks through a strategy of web components / APIs / Data. Beyond this, CIO is also reshaping its model where DFE will take an important stake in building omnichannel accesses on each step of a unique Customer Journey :

    Objective of the rôle :

    • deliver the technical and organizational roadmap of his perimeter: evolutions, integrations, migrations, decommissioning, reorganization
    • enhance the quality, standardization and reusability of components applying best development practices and anticipating of future usage
    • raise the customer satisfaction of the showcase portals and e-commerce/marketplace assets
    • keep an eye on the work atmosphere and manage the strong evolution of competencies that will mobilize the teams and recreate social link

    Responsibilities :

    • As an e-commerce and marketplace Director you will have in charge a portfolio all the showcase websites of Orange Business (Digital Territory) and of all the e-commerce assets for our customers and their users.
    • You will evolve quickly the perimeter integrating new ambitions and features like IAM, Micro-Front-Ends, search engine, and marketplace, ...
    • Your first objective will be to take the lead on starting up quickly the activity in India in relation with all the management structures and colleagues in France.
    • Main tasks will be recruiting an internal tiger team of 10 best IT e-commerce profiles on the Indian market and to strongly partnering with our System Integrator locally.
    • Your role is to ensure the quality of deliveries and to stick to customer tendencies to catch all the digital value of our dynamic market.
    • The mastering in production and the agile integration of our partners will rely on good relationships with key internal counterparts
    • You will be assisted by a team of technical leaders defining the framework and the methods of development in Opensource to enhance the quality and mastering of deliverables, velocity of the team and users satisfaction.
    • You will also participate to technology watch and make your team participate to tests of new system proposed by the DA. You will make evolve quickly your organization integrating new talents and taking swiftly in charge the new projects.

    • solutions and quick testing oriented, interest for technological innovation
    • known for her/his high skills in tech teams management and ability to federate and lead teams
    • user experience oriented, development of usage, of quality and of customer satisfaction
    • ability to think out of the box, flexibility to change the model
    • rigorous in the execution and demanding on technical level and quality of deliverables
    • well known for her/his experience in supplier management, contracts/budgets
    • fluent communication and ability to share successes and difficulties with the communities
    • lead, steer, animate and grow the developers community
    • at ease with international english, french is a plus

    Nice to have : these competencies will give you a plus to succeed on this role

    • technical knowledge of digital and omnichannel universes, new technologies linked, and of agile processes for program management and IT development (Scrum, Safe, PMP, ...)
    • knowledge of technologies and solutions for showcases (brand sites), for e-commerce and marketplace sites
    • knowledge of the market and best practices of e-commerce
    • experience of the launch of a new activity from scratch on a new site
    • experience of company transformation
    • knowledge of Orange Business IT and personal network
