    We are searching for a dedicated individual with exceptional drive, enthusiasm, and proactive attitude towards acquiring new business opportunities. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, your main focus will be creating and implementing a sales strategy within a specific territory, aiming at boosting revenue and bringing in new customers.

    As an essential member of the Sales team at MongoDB, you will have exposure to a thriving market and have the opportunity to learn from highly accomplished sales professionals in the software field.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify and develop a sales pipeline
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • Cultivate strong relationships to create growth opportunities
    • Engage in various sales training programs and development initiatives
    • Collaborate with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • BA/BS degree required
    • Minimum of 8 years' experience in quota-based sales roles within a dynamic and competitive market environment, focusing on business growth through Upsell & Cross-sell
    • More than 10 years of experience in SaaS sales
    • Proven ability to communicate the business value of complex enterprise technology
    • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets consistently
    • Proficient in developing key business relationships and navigating complex sales processes
    • Prior training in Sales Methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales
    • Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open-source tech is advantageous
    • Highly driven and competitive with a strong inclination towards success
    • Effective time and resource management skills; adept at qualifying opportunities
    • Quick learner with the ability to establish credibility swiftly. Possesses high emotional intelligence and self-awareness
    • Enthusiastic about advancing your career in the software industry's largest market (databases) and gaining a comprehensive understanding of MongoDB products
