Job Profile:
- To make communication with our Medical Representatives, Area Sales Managers & Regional Sales Managers
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by him.
- Followup of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
Key Skills:
MS Office, MS Excel, Good Knowledge & Letter Drafting in English
