Senior RPA Developer:


  • The Senior RPA Developer will be a proactive, selfmotivated, compassionate person who takes pride in his/her own work and that of the team. He/She will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of services (support and development). He/She will work to foster an environment where innovation becomes an integral
to detail and with a proven experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Support project lead in the creation and ongoing refinement of an appropriately tailored RPA solution
that provides the optimum platform for rapid and repeatable delivery of automated processes.

  • Develop and document RPA configuration best practices, configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  • Drive the strategic and tactical rollout of the RPA solution to clients by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the preUAT phases and supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
  • Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process as well as problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
  • Flexibility to play the role of a business analyst or designer or developer or tester or release engineer in the team based on the demand
  • Produce high quality code utilizing Test Driven Development techniques.
  • Participating in code reviews and ensuring that all solutions are aligned to predefined architectural specifications.
  • Advanced UiPath Certified Developer
  • Must have delivered RPA solution using UiPath & Orchestrator
  • Ability of design solution using UiPath
  • Hands on in development in C#, VB.NET
  • Able to develop, compile, create, debug and consume.
NET common components (such as DLLs)

  • Hand on Database concepts such as Write/ Modify SQL Queries, Create/Modify Database Objects(DLL), Database connection
  • Good understanding of Objectoriented programming and have hands on development and unit
testing experience

  • Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath
  • Be a part of Development and Operations team focusing on Robotics implementations and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Java
  • Design, develop, code and deploy Robotics Process Automation as an RPA modeler using RPA tool(UiPath).
  • Solid understanding of RPA best practices and design patterns
  • Develop, test and implement inscope processes and develop PoC.
  • Analyse business problems, develops technology solutions to those problems and manages the project through its lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualification:


  • UiARD Certified.
  • Experience working on enterpriselevel RPA projects.
  • Knowledge of other RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms
