What You'll Achieve:


You will:


  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Managing coordination at zonal levels, whenever required.
  • Developing reports for teams across the business.

Essential Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle (preferred, not mandatory).
  • General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Ability to explain complex ideas to the clients with limited IT and systems knowledge.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, patience, listening and convincing abilities.
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience critical thinking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Requirements:


  • General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle.
  • General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory.
