- Lead the planning and execution of the transition of a 350-seat offshore BPS operation from the UK to India & India to India.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive transition plan, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of the transition and ongoing operations.
- Manage all aspects of the delivery process, including staffing, training, quality assurance, and performance management
- Oversee client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of services by agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage a team of 350+ BPS professionals and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality work.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of UK savings bank operations and regulatory requirements.
- Project management skills; PRINCE 2 certification preferred
- Experience in migrating at least two large-scale banking operations from the UK to India is a must.
- Stake holder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless integration of the BPS operation.
