Description
The Telemarketing Executive for Cloud Services is responsible for driving sales of cloud-based services through outbound telephone calls and other promotional activities.
The telemarketer will contact potential clients, provide detailed information about the products and services, and answer any questions that may arise.
The goal is to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an active database of prospective customers
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and qualify leads
- Provide detailed information about the products and services offered
- Follow up on leads to answer any questions and close sales opportunities
- Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
- Track and report on call activity and results
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work
Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Mumbai, Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
