    As a Customer Services Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering service excellence to Qatar Airways customers via telephone, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Your role will involve handling reservations, ticketing, fare inquiries, and processing refunds, all while supporting E-commerce and Frequent Flyer Program activities.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, fax, web chat, and social media.
    • Generating and maintaining reports as necessary.
    • Upselling and cross-selling Qatar Airways products and services to customers.
    • Performing fraud prevention checks.
    • Initiating outbound calls to provide timely information to customers.

    About You:

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

    • High School Qualification with 1 year of customer service experience.
    • Preferred background in Reservation & Ticketing (GDS system experience - Amadeus/SITA, etc.).
    • Contact center experience is advantageous.
    • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
    • Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and expressive personality.
    • Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts.
    • Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad.
