System Support - Associate

What does a successful System Support - Associate do at FISERV?

They will part of 24/7 Flex Production Support Team.
Run Production and UAT batch using BMC Control-M.
Working on Batch failure and providing Temporary fixes whenever required.
Monitor the Flex surround system using Cafex, Moog soft, Grafana Application.
Need to follow the SOP to resolve repeated abends, in case of any issues in Production.
Route the Schemes traffic during any major outage / any implementation activities
Performing Region refresh.
Perform ADHOC request in Production and UAT region as per Client request.
Coordinate with Client to perform Stress test in UAT region.
Interacting with Client with regards to Production and UAT issues.
Performing Production and UAT system health check.
Resolve environmental level issues in Mainframe distributed system.
Report extracting and publishing the same to Client and Stakeholders.

What will you do:

Conducting Training in Cafex, Felix, Moog Soft, Grafana SDK, Putty, WinSCP, Microfocus and Lite UI Tools.
Guide them to perform any activities in Production environment.
Accessing and monitoring their daily workload.
Providing the KT with proper documents, what needs they need to do on the day of implementation.
Reviewing all the reports before sent to Client and Stakeholders.
Reviewing the changes before the fix gets executed.
Highlighting the risks, Dos and Don't in the Production and UAT.

What will you need to know:

Ensure the System is healthy and risk free.
Highlighting any issue / risk before the change get deployed.
Handle Incident, Problem and Change Management and follow the escalation matrix.
Teamwork and coordination.

What would be great to have:

1 to 3 Years of experience in Monitoring Daily batch cycles and perform Batch operation task.
Experience in JCL, Cobol, CICS, Job scripting, Putty and WinSCP.
Experience in Vision Plus system will add more advantage.
