As a Sr. Procurement
Project Management Specialist, you will have a strong understanding of project
management activities, including the end-to-end project management process in a
fast paced, complex business environment. You will coordinate with the Sourcing
COEs and IT for execution of productivity transformation projects in Direct
Materials spend. You will work within a team of collaborative colleagues,
working on high-impact projects that move the business forward. You will help
your team meet deadlines, track, monitor and summarize progress of projects,
and prepare analytics and reports for senior leadership regarding the status of
projects and key metrics for the Procurement function

KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead / support Sourcing & Procurement projects & initiatives across the enterprise.
Partners with Sourcing and IT in driving process / system improvement projects impacting systems like Ivalua, EDW and SAP
Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules, prepares status reports.
Assesses internal customer requirements and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms
for monitoring project progress, intervention and problem solving with project
managers, line managers, and customers.

You
Must Have:

Degree in Business or Supply Chain
5+ years' experience in Supply Chain / Procurement
Experience working in global Team Environment
Project Management Experience
Good decision-making; uses analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment in making sound decisions.
Knowledge of Procurement / Sourcing processes and systems
Problem solving skillsets.
