    Description
    Job Description

    This role will be at the centre of reputational due diligence and help protect the business from risk by supporting the maintenance and creation of reputational due diligence programmes through active collaboration across support functions and subject matter experts
    - I will be responsible for the risk analysis of new suppliers and refreshed due diligence across existing suppliers using our 3rd party reputational Due Diligence tool. This will include due diligence of suppliers across various Tesco Businesses.
    - I will be working closely with other support functions and subject matter experts to evaluate search results and risk profiles from the tool
    - I will provide input to the development of the external due diligence platform's reporting and dashboard capabilities to drive and maintain peak performance.
    - I will support the maintenance of specific reputational due diligence programmes.
    - I will escalate to the Group Legal Business Integrity team for guidance on challenging cases or as needed.
    - On request; I will collate other forms of due diligence and exercise judgement on overall supplier risk
    - I will be required to understand business needs and have an in depth understanding of other Tesco processes
    - I will need to build on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques.
    - I will be responsible for completing my tasks and transactions within agreed KPIs
    - I will help solve process problems by analyzing solution alternatives
    - I will complete regular clean up activities of our supplier records to ensure the data we have on our third party system is accurate and complete

    - SME teams (supplier assurance; Human rights etc)

    Qualifications

    Excellent analytical skills and logical mindset
    - Ability to understand complicated information as well as the bigger picture and identify the best course of action
    - Comfortable working with ambiguity and limited information
    - Relationship building and demonstrating good ability to work with various stakeholders
    - Familiarity and comfort with managing large datasets.
    - Strong organisational skills
    - Good Excel and presentational skills
