I have been a financial journalist with a passion for deeply analysing businesses, financial services, corporate finance and the M&A landscape. I am mostly known for breaking stories and write insightful stories both in the corporate space and financial services. Over the past 17 years, I have written a number of deep-dive stories on diverse subjects including banking, mutual funds, insurance, private equity, corporates, deals, financial regulations and economic policies in various newspapers as a full-time financial journalist. At Mint, India's 2nd largest business daily, I have won multiple awards for being the best journalist through the 15 years of my stint at the financial daily. As an individual, I love to analyse financial numbers, regulatory policies, deal structures and corporate cultures. And I, possibly, derive my professional strength from these personal likes. I love to travel, socialize, network ,enjoy new places, meet people from different ethnicities, explore new cultures, art, food and the beauty of varying traditions across the world.

I have been a financial journalist for 17 years, have worked with a PR agency for six months prior to becoming a journalist. Prior to joining Mint newspaper, I have worked with Business Standard and The Telegraph. I have been with Mint newspaper for about 15 years and currently work in the position of Sr. Editor, based out of Mumbai
