This mammoth construction comprisesof 8 million sft of Residential, 2.5 million sft of parkingarea,

2.0 million sft of commercialarea & 0.6 million of parking area with estimatedcost of more than INR 9000 crore (USD 1.5 billion).

  • Integrated township on 115 acres of land.

  • Tendering, Estimation, Comparison of products, conducting technical and commercial meetingswith Vendors, Contractors and Consultants.
  • Preparation/modification of project specifictender documents like SCC, Scopeof work, technical specification and SOQ.
  • Pre-qualifying of potential bidders in Vendor Management System (VMS) and preparation of Project Specificbidders list.
  • Interpreting drawings& studying the specifications of packages and provide valueaddition in discussions with Consultant on various technical as well as commercial aspects.
  • Issuing of Contractsto Suppliers/Contractors as per construction schedule.
  • To ensure that all performance bonds, ABG & PBG are provided by Suppliers/Contractors as per established Contract’s terms & condition and theirrenewal well in advance before expiry.

Key Achievements:

  • First item rate contract of Lodha Group which was awarded to L & T Construction for Lodha Fiorenza project at Goregaon. The work order value was 230 crores excl. taxes for an estimatedconstruction area of approx. 2.2 million sft.
  • First turnkey project of Lodha Group which was awarded to Skaf construction for EWS bldg. at Lodha Aqua, Dahisar. The work order value was 15 crores for an estimated area of approx. 75,000 sft.

 

  • MARATHON GROUP, Mumbai

Senior Engg. - Procurement & Contracts, Sep. – 2009 till Jan. - 2010

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting drawings& studying the specifications of packages and provide value addition in discussions with Consultant on various technical as well as commercial aspects.
