I possess a strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral psychology, counseling, and an extensive experience as a researcher, I believe I possess the skills and passion necessary to excel in this role. I’ve done my post-graduation from Doon University with a master’s in psychology and bachelor’s from Sharda University in Psychology Honors. Furthermore, I’ve qualified UGCNET and have completed a certificate course in Adolescent health and counselling from IGNOU. I have developed a unique ability to effectively communicate complex psychological concepts in an engaging manner through teaching and mentoring students. My Counseling style is rooted in empathy, creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and ideas. Currently, offering supervised sessions by adopting the principles of humanistic-existential approach. By instilling a love for learning and encouraging personal growth, I aim to empower my clients emotionally.

I've done M.A. in Psychology with certification in Adolescent Health and counseling.
