My food product showcase seasonal produces, fresh premium ingredients, simple and uncomplicated into crescendo of delight. I firmly believe that there are only guidelines in cooking – there are no rules. I have ability and quality to lead in all area of kitchen operation including banquets, A-la-carte, buffet, restaurants, conference, hi-tea. Can do my job sincerely, disciplined and can take under pressure associated with this. I truly believe in the motto there are no traffic jam along the extra mile
