I am an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Social and Organisational Leadership at the School of Management and Labour Studies, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai since 2022. My PhD. in the domain of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong  focused on the interpretive exploration of institutional logics pervading organizations as gendered spaces vis-a-vis the emotion performance at work. I presently teach Organizational Behavior courses- both at the individual and group levels, HRM, Organizational Change, Diversity and Inclusion, and Foundations of Psychology to name a few.  I have a certificate in ‘Teaching with Cases’ pedagogy from IIM Ahmedabad in collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing. I have presented my papers at the PAN IIM World Management Conference and published them in reputed peer-reviewed Scopus, ABDC, and SSCI indexed journals. A case study co-authored with Dr. Sunil Budhiraja on Change Management at YRPL-A chemical manufacturer operating in India's SEZ (socioeconomic zone) in Dahej, Gujarat is currently forthcoming for publication in Ivey Publishing, Ivey Business School. Additionally, I also have a manuscript under review with Journal of Business Ethics, an FT50 listed peer-reviewed journal. 

Furthermore, I have  been instrumental in facilitating several Management Development Programs (MDPs), including those on "Change Management" for PowerGrid employees and "HR Management for non-HR Executives" for employees of Airport Authority of India (AAI) during my tenure as a PhD Schoalr at IIM Shillong.

Prior to my foray into academics, I worked in the industry for 5 years with TPG Telecommunications Pty Ltd., Australia in their Sydney office, in the capacity of a Sales Representative first and Logistics Officer later. 

I am a dedicated educator who has been passionately involved in teaching post graduate courses to students enrolled in the School of Management and Labour Studies at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai, one of the premier and most-reputed Institutes of Higher Education (HEIs) in India since 1936 . I have been affiliated with TISS since July 2022 and have been instrumental in teaching foundational management courses that include Organizational Behavior - both individual and group level behaviors, psychology and social psychology, alongside more contemporary courses like managing Organizational Change, and Diversity and Inclusion, to name a few. I have a certification in ‘Teaching with Cases’ pedagogy awarded by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad in collaboration with Harvard Business Publishing. In line with my skills and expertise, I enjoy pursuing an interactive and introspective pedagogy in my classroom, to enable students to proactively participate in the process of experiential learning. Prior to my experience in the academic arena, I have also worked in the telecommunications industry for 5 years in Australia,  with a company named TPG Telecommunications Pty. Ltd. 

I completed by PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong. By research primariily focused on the interpretive exploration of institutional logics pervading organisations as gendered spaces vis-a-vis the performance of emotion at work. I have presented my work at reputed conferences, including the PAN IIM and INDAM Conferences held in India annually. I have also published my work across  peer-reviewed journals of international acclaim that include Gender in Management: An International Journal that is SSCI and ABDC indexed, and Philosophy of Management, also an ABDC and Scopus indexed journal. I currently have a case study forthcoming in Ivey Publishing, Ivey Business School, and another under review with a Financial Times 50 (FT50) indexed international peer-reviewed journal presently.
